27 Oct 09 IE8 keeps forgetting cookies

Lately I have noticed that IE8 keeps forgetting cookies whenever I restart the windows. After doing some research around the issue, I think the following simple tricks should fix the problem.

First, open the Internet Options by [Tools]->[Internet Options]

Then, click the [Delete] option under [Browsing history]. The following dialog will pop up.

Most likely options like [Preserve Favorites website data], [cookies], and [form data] are not checked. So just check them and you should be good to go!

Well, at least it works for me.
